1. Basic Search

• Add last names (AND filter).
• Choose an optional date range and keywords (OR filter).
• Click Search Papers to preview results.
• Results are ranked by keyword-match %.
• We search title and abstract; only last names are used to avoid first-name variants.

2. CSV Upload

Upload a CORUM or Transaction Report CSV. Each row is treated as a trainee-advisor pair and merged into one search.

3. Monthly Digest

After subscribing you will receive a single CSV digest on the first day of every month. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in the e-mail.

Frequently Asked Questions

• What data are you using? Over 13 000 UMass-Amherst-affiliated papers scraped from PubMed.
• When do I get my first update? On the 2 nd of every month.
• Can I subscribe multiple times? Only the latest subscription per e-mail is kept.
• How can I unsubscribe? Click the link in any digest e-mail.
• What counts as a keyword “match”? Case-insensitive search in title or abstract; “micro” matches “microscopy”.
• What journals are included? All PubMed-indexed journals with at least one UMass-Amherst affiliation.
• How often is the database refreshed? Monthly.
• Can I change my filters later? Yes—subscribe again with new filters; the old one is replaced.
• No papers found? Check spelling, date range, keyword specificity, or contact ialspublicationsearcherbot@gmail.com.
